Engraving Services Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the engraving service provided by Nothing Technology Limited ("Nothing", "we", "us", "our") upon request of the undersigned. By requesting an engraving, you agree to the terms below, along with Nothing’s Privacy Policy available at https://nothing.tech/pages/privacy-policy and Terms of Sales available at https://nothing.tech/pages/terms-of-sales.

ENGRAVING YOUR DEVICE INVOLVES ALTERING ITS SURFACE, WHICH MAY RESULT IN POTENTIAL DAMAGE, INCLUDING SCRATCHES, DISCOLORATION, OR STRUCTURAL WEAKENING. BY PROCEEDING WITH ENGRAVING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING DEFECTS OR FUNCTIONAL ISSUES. YOUR DECISION TO ENGRAVE IS VOLUNTARY, AND YOU WAIVE ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE PROCESS.

1. Engraving Service

Our in-store engraving service allows you to personalise your Nothing device with a custom engraving. Engravings are permanent and cannot be removed or modified after completion. Once engraving is completed, the product becomes personalised and unique to you.

2. No Exchange or Return 

Once your device has been engraved, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except as stated in Section 5. This policy applies regardless of whether the device has been used or remains in its original packaging.

3. Warranty 

Your engraved device will continue to be covered under our standard warranty policy as set forth in Terms of Sales available at https://nothing.tech/pages/terms-of-sales

4. Damage Due to Engraving 

If any physical damage occurs to your device as a direct result of the engraving process (e.g., extra scratches or engraving errors), you may request:

  • A replacement product of the same model and specification subject to stock availability; or

  • A full refund, provided the product is returned in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging apart from the engraving-related damage.

Claims must be made immediately in-store at Nothing’s London Soho Store or another designated place upon receipt of your engraved device. The determination of damage due to engraving will be at Nothing’s sole discretion.

5.  Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your engraving request does not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or legally restricted content (e.g., trademarks, copyrighted material). We reserve the right to refuse engraving requests at our discretion. Nothing shall not be held responsible for any content that is engraved on your device. You agree to indemnify and hold Nothing harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the engraved content.

6. General Provisions

The Terms and any disputes arising under or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. 

By proceeding with the engraving service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


Agreed and Acknowledged and we request Nothing to engrave the following words to my device with reference to the engraving sample No. 1 displayed in Nothing’s London Soho store
