Nothing Ear (a) Giveaway

Entry Requirements

To enter the prize giveaway validly, participants must follow the steps below:  

Fully complete the Nothing Phone(3) feedback survey, or the Nothing Headphone(1) feedback survey to share their thoughts on either product.
Submit their email at the end of the survey.

Terms & Conditions

Giveaway End Date: The giveaway will conclude 3 days after sending out the push notification to the user with the feedback survey link. No entries will be accepted or included in the random selection process once the survey is closed.
Eligibility: Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation and residing in an eligible region throughout the World. Due to legal restrictions, Nothing is unable to accept entries from Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, the Crimea region, or any other countries/regions which may be subject to export controls or sanctions at the time of the giveaway. Nothing staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in or win the prize in this giveaway. Any accounts identified as spam or suspicious will be excluded from the random selection process and prevented from winning, without prior notification. For example, creating multiple new emails to improve odds of winning is considered suspicious behavior and will result in exclusion. Nothing will not accept prize draw entries that are: automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or that are incomplete.
Winner Selection: Two (2) participants will be selected in total. One (1) participant from the Phone(3) feedback survey, and one (1) participant from the Headphone(1) feedback survey. Two (2) participants (one from each survey) that have fully completed and submitted the survey and a valid email address will be randomly selected by computer generator to receive a 1x Ear(a) earbud (the “Prize”) each.
Notification: A member of the Nothing team will contact the winner via email within 30 days to notify them of their win.
Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond to the email within 48 hours to claim their Prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and a new winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.
Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain regions due to local restrictions or blocks on deliveries over a specific value. Nothing cannot bypass these restrictions.
By entering the giveaway, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any blacklists or sanctions of relevant countries, including, without limitation, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union and that you are in full compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations.
Should shipping of the Prize to a participant’s address be excessively difficult or expensive, Nothing may, at its reasonable discretion, select an alternative winner.
The winner shall be solely responsible for any taxes associated with collection of the Prize, including, without limitation, personal income taxes.

Nothing’s Rights: Nothing reserves the right to modify the giveaway, its terms and conditions, and entry requirements at any time.

This Nothing Phone(3) and Headphone(1) Feedback Survey Giveaways are bound by the general Nothing Contest Terms & Conditions (nothing.tech/pages/nothing-contest-terms-conditions), which terms are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, the general Nothing Contest Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
